    108/1/20購買One amadana STWM-0101微波爐,4/15致電反映微波爐正常使用狀態下,突然拉門的雙層玻璃內有蟑螂,質疑為產品不良導致外物可以自由進出雙層玻璃。4/16群光電子客服回覆,假若產品送回公司處理將收取拆機費800元,且商品剛買沒幾個月居然建議貼1500元換購新的微波爐。對於這樣的處理方式非常不滿意,卻因如此怪異狀況需要額外支付費用,完全不合理。可否有更完善的處理方式 ?

    插電後畫面一直停在WAITING 完全不動,已拔除硬碟及所有監視器輸入, 購入第一天. 聯網速度比HDR 差很多 ~ 以上情形在更新攝影機為AUTO選項,其自動重新開機後即死當
